Troubleshoot

If you can’t install current version plugin Garmin Communicator Plugin, make sure your computer is running Windows XP or later. Your computer also needs to have a USB port for the plugin to work properly.
You will also need to check version of your browser. Garmin Communicator plugin only works with Chrome v8+, Firefox v3.6+, and Internet Explorer v 7+. Check if you have Windows Media Player 11 or greater. Garmin Communicator plugin will not work with older versions of Windows Media Player.
